We were lucky enough to be asked to host the Glasgow leg of the MOBO Awards tour on Sunday 17th October. It was all very lastminute.com, but we managed to rearrange our hectic schedules to ensure we were well and truly in the house (or the O2 ABC Arena to be precise). The flight and hotel got booked within seconds of us receiving the call. Overly ODT!!! (On dis ting)
To say we were excited may be a SLIGHT understatement. The next morning we found our asses at Heathrow airport and on that flight to Glasgow, with a quick stop off at Duty Free to check out the cheap booze and discount perfumes.
The tour consisted of some of the hottest names in scene right now, including Donaeo, Scorcher, Mz Bratt, Skepta, Ruff Diamondz & Angel. We jumped on stage, did our Lynnike & Sefa thing thing and got the crowd hyped up and energised!! We have a new found love for ALL of the Glasgow lads and lasses.
